Gaia Mother Sofia uses a number of energetic healing techniques including, Reiki, Sound Healing with tibetan and crystal quartz bowls, Chakra opening, Clearing stuck energies and emotional blocks, Channeling, Crystal Healing and Angel cards. Healings can be up to 3 to 4 hours. Please enquire if you require a 2 day resident healing. You stay here and have 2 days of intense healing and care. This is a special service and no-one else is here apart from you. This is truly a private service where you are cocooned in your truth. After 2 days, you are ready to emerge with more understanding, clearing of energies, and ready to leave the cocoon as the butterfly who knows how to fly in all its beauty.
